We produced *All In*, a testimonial video series for Alteryx that spotlighted data leaders from top companies and the real-world impact Alteryx data solutions had on them.

Fun Fact

To elevate the experience, we announced each participant with their favorite song, making them feel like rock stars from the moment they walked in. This thoughtful, high-touch approach brought out the best in each subject, resulting in confident, compelling performances and deeply human content.

Situation

Alteryx wanted to move beyond product demos and technical specs to tell more human, emotionally resonant stories that showcased the real-world impact of their platform. The challenge was to capture authentic, inspiring narratives from enterprise customers—highlighting how Alteryx empowers everyday analysts to become strategic leaders—while maintaining consistency, clarity, and polish across industries and roles.

Approach

We focused on a storytelling-first approach, building each video around the personal journey of the data professional—how they overcame challenges, unlocked potential, and drove meaningful change with Alteryx. Rather than relying on jargon or feature lists, we leaned into emotional resonance and authenticity, capturing unscripted interviews and pairing them with cinematic visuals that reflected each customer’s environment. Our goal was to create content that felt more like a mini-documentary than a case study—positioning Alteryx not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for transformation.

We produced a multi-part video series featuring data leaders across industries—from finance to retail to telecom—sharing how Alteryx helped them drive efficiency, innovation, and business impact. This included developing interview frameworks, capturing on-location footage across the U.S. and Europe, crafting visual narratives, and delivering fully-edited videos optimized for both internal and external marketing use.
