Situation
Originally, Bionic Giant designed the branding, global website, and launched the Lift Up brand. Next, we were brought in to help create the web platforms that allow users to donate directly to the Projects or Needs they would like to impact. Whether locally or globally, Lift Up users can make an impact.
Approach
After the initial Lift Up global brand launch, we discovered a significant group of people who wanted to make a difference but felt powerless when it came to large-scale global projects—the goals seemed too big, and they couldn’t fund an entire initiative on their own. On top of that, there was no simple way for them to see what specific needs existed in their own community.
Solution
To bridge the gap between local supporters and global initiatives, we built a platform that empowers Lift Up to create and share local needs while also enabling other organizations to join as Referral Partners. These partners can post their own needs and manage them through a dedicated dashboard, giving them full control and visibility on the platform. The new web platform allowed Lift Up to expand it’s impact in the community.
